Transforming Lives: Hands of New Hope project in Mozambique

In 2016, Ticiele and her friend Nelson, based in Dondo, founded ‘Crianças Avivadas’ (recently changed to Hands of New Hope)  a project in Dondo, near Beira, Mozambique. This non-governmental project fosters over 30+ children in need of food, personal care, clothes and schooling assistance. The children are all from different ages, from babies to teenagers. The volunteers who work in this project are friends and local people who voluntarily offer help by preparing meals and assisting the children with literacy skills and making sure they improve their personal hygiene.

We accept any form of help, and it goes straight to the team in Dondo.
