Black waters

Bloody waters

White flowers there lie.
From inside out

Hearts of iron

Hearts of nylon

Hearts of clay or clout.

Watch out fella –

black lives matter!

Indifference sought

Against justice’s fight
But –

what’s worth more than souls?

Pence or dime?

Are we wasting this life?

Keeping people through money

Telling truth like lies?
Age after age

Everybody’s worth shall remain.

We are too much

To be ever put into numbers,

Classified in different rows and chains.

We are too much

To be ever bought as chambers

Fashioned models to be shown.

We are used too much

Too much to accessorise

Darling, we matter as atoms

And the sun that rises.

We are the everything our parents dreamed of

And we are more than dust

to please elements of this world.

Because We, we all matter.

Watch out fella

Values are distorted now –

Don’t let ’em take your crown!

Because we, we all matter.
